MOULDING

Mould casting plant of 100 moulds/hour, box core dimension 740 x 420 x 200 mm. No-bake moulding line (linseed oil – cure) up to 500 kg/mould.

CAST IRON

2 cupola furnaces of 4 t/h each one for production, with oxygen injector 2 electric furnaces Emme, induction, capacity 1.800 kg each one, 600 Kva medium frequency

ALUMINIUM CAST

3 rotary aluminium melting furnaces, capacity 1.200 kg each one 10 maintenance furnaces, crucible, for aluminium with pyrometer and automatic control Pouring by gravity casting in sand moulds as well as in chill moulds.
